Our technology

We use advanced 3D bioprinting to create lab-grown tumor models that closely mimic real tumor biology and structure.

Using customizable, ECM-mimetic bioinks and multi-nozzle printers, the models host cell–cell and cell–matrix interactions, oxygen/nutrient gradients and tissue stiffness found in vivo.

We build fully humanized models, with in house developed ECMs and PDOs. Combined with automated imaging, and readouts for high-content analysis, Onkoreplica delivers scalable, reproducible 3D tumor models for drug testing — all built to be patient-relevant.
